Trent and Dove are preparing a full planning application for new retirement living apartments on a brownfield site to the north of Coalville Town Centre. The site forms part of North West Leicestershire District Council wider ‘Coalville Regeneration Masterplan’. The masterplan area will involve repurposing a derelict series of sites on the north-western edge of the town, some of which are already underway. The masterplan is designed to provide a complete mix of homes honouring Coalville’s industrial heritage, the masterplan includes townhouses, courtyard housing, Extra Care and later living homes.
This website sets out our vision for development of a retirement living scheme on a portion of the wider site and encourages you, as a local resident or business to provide feedback.
